Free menus are ready to go.  Print out the menus and shopping lists and go shopping for the week.  The pages match the cookbook available on this page.  It’s the Better Homes and Gardens New Cookbook 14th Edition.  Since that’s my favorite cookbook and all the recipes are good, I went with it for these menus.  It’s easier to stay together that way.  If you don’t have the cookbook, it’s not that expensive and it’s a great book.  I’d recommend the one with the rings and the hard cover.  It’s easier to open it and keep it open.
