Alfredo sauce is one of the easiest and tastiest sauces for pasta. My favorite is Chicken Fettucine Alfredo.
Here’s my recipe for Chicken Fettucine with Alfredo Sauce:
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Small Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
8 oz. Fettucine (Cooke al dente according to package directions while sauce is cooking)
1. Sautee Chicken in olive oil with garlic and onion.
2. Add cream and parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
3. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
4. Drain pasta, add chicken and sauce and serve immediately.
