about me I'm providing these menus and shopping lists for people for free. I started posting my shopping lists and menus a while back because I figured I could save people time. It started a trend and I have really enjoyed doing it. This is what it has grown into.
Then, my mom lost a whole bunch of weight with the HCG diet and I figured I could share the message here. I have always felt that there was more to weight loss than just deciding to lose weight and going on a diet. Watching my mom struggle with her weight has been heart wrenching at times. It didn't seem fair that she should have this problem. It wasn't like she didn't try. But then, she found HCG and the pounds just came off. It was fun to watch her and we jokingly referred to her as "The Incredible Shrinking Woman"
Meanwhile, my husband was losing weight like crazy by drinking Tai Slim. He just drank a bit of it before breakfast and lunch and he lost weight.
